'Swinging Vegas' - Annual Charity Extravaganza

Please read all the information below if you are coming on Saturday

Thanks to everyone who has bought a ticket for our charity event 'Swinging vegas 2008'
We are sure that this years event will be a great success, if it isn't, it won't be for a lack of effort by very many people.

To finalise details for everyone here is the latest information.
The event venue is The walls's club, Hammond Way, Barnwood, Gloucester, GL4 3HG.
The doors will open at 7:15pm where you will gain access to the bar area e.t.c.
The event officially starts at 7:30pm when we will open the doors to the main ballroom.
If we are ready at 7:15pm (which i hope we will) the main ballroom doors will open.
We would advise everyone to arrive on time. PLEASE TRY NOT TO BE LATE (after 8pm)

The dj's will be Andy 'The Swing Monkey' Fleming & Gary 'The Duke' Boon.
The brilliant band we have booked for the evening is The Zoltans who will play two sets of great tunes which we are sure will please everyone.

The band will be on stage at 8:00pm so please, once again, don't be late.
We have a full evening of dancing & entertainment organised.
Have a great time, enjoy the event and thanks for buying the tickets early.
